Gary Head, owner of Heads by Design, has been designing custom hairstyles since 1974, and has trained with artists like Vidal Sassoon, Wilson Phillips and Martin Parsons. Gary sees your head as his canvas and your hair as his palette. A perfect balance of technician and artist, he takes his more than three decades of training and practice and applies it to you and your unique style. He listens to you and works with you to create a look that achieves your goals and exceeds your expectations.

Gary’s work has graced the pages of Glamour, Vogue, Harper and Mademoiselle. Runway models up and down the west coast swear by him.
